Import DSF/DRW files

I'd like to be able to import files created (more than 10 years ago) with
Micrografx Designer and Micrografx Draw.

File formats need to be open and fully documented and ideally have a
helper library that could be used to import and export the format if they
are to stand a good chance of being implemented.

If an external developer was interested in working on this and
contributing patches they would be very welcome but be aware that SVG and
PDF are the file formats Inkscape developers put the highest priority on,
far beyond anything else.

As a general workaround the best best would be to convert files to
PS/EPS/PDF (depending on what is available) and try to convert from there.
