XHTML + SVG support

Bug Description

Inkscape already handles Level 2 DOM (i.e. mixed namespace) XML documents.

Another way this could be employed would benefit web developers:

 * add support for editing SVG diagrams that are embedded within XHTML
pages using namespaces.

Obviously, Inkscape would leave the XHTML untouched, changing only the SVG
part, although it would have to be aware of the CSS cascade in XHTML as
well as in SVG.

For XHTML pages containing multiple SVG parts, it would be necessary for
Inkscape to allow the user to select the part to be edited.
