Bug Description
When multiple windows are open, the fill and stroke colours can show one colour and use another.
Inkscape version: 0.92.1 r15371
Steps:
1) Open Inkscape
2) Create a shape with a solid colour
3) Chose new File -> New
4) Create a shape with different colour in the new window
5) Use the dropper tool on the first shape in the first window to set fill and/or stroke colour
6) Create a new shape in window two
It apears to only happen when the second window are created from the first window.

Replicated issue using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), Win 8.1.
New document launched from within Inkscape can incorrectly show last used tool style from parent window in control bar, but still use last tool style from current (child) window).
Tools set to own style correctly show own style in controls bar.
New document launched from Windows does not show issue.
