display of clone relationships

How do you think about to display the relationships between clones and
their originals?
Would it be useful to show any connections in a table control? Can the
dependencies be made clearer?

A flashing line is a simple visual indication.

I would like to suggest that a table control should also become part of clone management. Which objects are connected because of cloning?

I imagine more structured representations for collections and hierarchies of the "use" element in the (graphical) user interface.

I see the possibility that a "flashing" can be overlooked depending on the size of a scaled view. I suggest to use also alternative means for knowledge presentation.

The affected objects can be displayed in a clear overview by a list/table control.

Hi Markus,

I've changed the status because I don't think anyone is actively working on this proposal. I think we'd really need to put together a mock-up or some more specific detail about how this would work, before anyone could do so.
