Export filename after "save as" relative to the first file

Bug Description
I created a .svg document called "doc1.svg". I saved it as "doc2.svg" and
exported it to bitmap. The proposed name for the bitmap document was
"doc1.png" and not "doc2.png" as expected.
This is really a tiny bug, but i think it could be solved quite easily.

the inkscape developers generally reserve the bugs section for crashes or
other problems which prevent Inkscape from running. this type of report
would be better filed under Requests so I've moved it.

if you are a developer then the Inkscape team would very much appreciate
patches and it would help make it happen sooner
