enable swapping MMB and RMB

Bug Description
Right now MMB (middle mouse button) is for dragging the canvas and RMB
(right mouse button) shows the context menu.
I'm using canvas dragging extensively and the context menu virtually never.
Therefore I would like to be able to switch RMB and MMB.
I'm also somewhat used to drag the Canvas around with RMB from other
editors such as Radiant (a "brush" based 3d level editor).
