Bug Description
Hey I love this program its so easy to use and great for what I need when I
work with svg's. Though one feature I think needs to be implemented is the
"Save Layer As..." because many times when I am building simple svgs
templates for my java applications typically I build everything that I need
in one svg file in multiple layers, then when I need to export it I have to
realign things in a new document...
If this feature is already implemented I haven't found it yet...

As a quick work-around, just hide all the layers but the one you want to
export (layers dialog, click on the eye icon in front of the layers you
want to hide) then export the whole drawing ...
