Include an option to avoid scaling text

Hi,

In Inkscape there are already toggle buttons to avoid scaling the stroke
and the roundness of of objects.
It would be nice to include an option to not scale text when scaling a
drawing containing text.

This is motivated by the fact that i use the latex fonts in my drawings
with their sizes matching the size of the fonts in my latex document. This
looks more professional.

It would be nice to include this feature. The problem is where should the
text be places once the drawing resized (and text not affected)

I think this could be a nice addition to inkscape

I think it would make a nice feature too.
What we need to do is:
- make an icon for the button next to the other toggle buttons
- code it :)

The placement of the text after scaling would automatically be okay if we *do* "scale" the anchor point of the text. Only attribute that should not be scaled is the font-size.
