Dynamic halo correction

Bug Description

The unwanted halo effect follows at any zoom level, so dynamic offset won't
do the trick for larger or close-up renders. Adding a dynamic halo
correction field in the fill/stroke dialog (see descriptive attachment)
would solve this issue.

The added body would follow the set amount of pixels from any zoom level or
object modification, and would NOT affect selection size.

Hopefully you understood what I mean, thanks for reading! Inkscape rocks!

can you give an example of what this tool would actually do to the objects
on canvas?

Ok, I've attached another image titled "halo correction" which should
hopefully show the usefulness of the idea.

I don't understand. What do you mean by "the unwanted halo effect"--are you talking about a rendering bug? Maybe one that is specific to circles?
