Bug Description
I notice when rotating / resizing / moving an ellipse that there are no
visible guides to line up the short or long axes of the ellipse in relation
to your work. It would be useful to include some form of indication as to
where these axes are on the selected ellipse (similar to centre points,
which are already indicated with a small cross when you go to rotate an
ellipse).
