Rotating an object crashes Inkscape, freezing X until manual kill from a TTY

Bug Description

While rotating the top right arrow from the attached image, Inkscape crashes. Continuosly.
A dialog appears telling you that Inkscape crashed and that it saves a file in the same directory of the original file. The X session remains frozen until I switch to a TTY (Ctrl+Alt+F1) and kill inkscape (kill -SIGKILL or killall).
This crash is not picked up by apport.

I am running Kubuntu 17.04. Package info from apt:

Can reproduce crash but not X freezing with the attached file. Inkscape 0.92.4, openSUSE TW 20190301. I'll attach a backtrace when I get the time.

Closing because INVALID: Can't replicate.
