On Windows, where there are multiple monitors, Inkscape displays its windows in undesirable locations when opening a PDF.
Repro:
- Open Inkscape.
- Move Inkscape to somewhere on the right-most monitor.
- Within Inkscape, open a PDF.
* Bug 1: Notice that the PDF Import Settings dialog is misplaced. Part of the window is clipped, since it off to the right of the monitor.
- Click OK on the import dialog.
* Bug 2: Notice that Inkscape has moved to near the upper-left hand corner of the left-most monitor. Instead, the Inkscape window should have stayed right where it was.
My particular setup: Windows 10 x64, left monitor at 192 DPI, center monitor at 96 DPI, right monitor (the main monitor) at 96 DPI. |
