Bug Description

The "Virtual Segment Delete" tool implemented from
version 12 in Corel Draw is fantastic and I would like
to see it in Inkscape.
This tool clean up line drawings and edit curves by
removing pieces of line segments between intersections
and/or endpoints.

follow up information if necessary.

Screenshots and a more detailed description might be helpful
too. Also please make sure to try the latest version of
Inkscpae and make sure similar features do not already exist.
