implement saving in svg-basic format for best
compatibility in nokia theme studio3

Inkscape has an option to save to "Plain SVG".

If you only use SVG features/objects that fall within the
"Basic" profile, then you should have what you are asking for.

SVG Tiny is planned, this report is a duplicate.

dont know why I didn't just close it earlier.
