Custom color in swatches

The swatches is nice to use predefined colours. But in
fact, the user may modify theses colours to have custom
one. It would be great if custom colours could be
displayed via the local menu. Any palette selection,
should also eventually be preceded by the most used of
these colours (make a separator between custom and
palettes').

More than custom, I hope to see a "current document"
and/or "selected document" palette.

By the way, your custom colors will also be displayed. :)

You can already create a palette with gimp, and put it on
~/.inkscape/palettes/

I find the current implementation (in 0.91) rather satisfactory. Doesn't it answer much of the original request?
