Bug Description
Please add option in preferences to configure number of
rows displayed in color panel (currently there are 2
rows in 0.44cvs)

Currently the number of rows is defined by the swatch size.
However I want to be able to change the h/w ratio of the
swatches as well. Jon, note that this is yet another reason
not to use the icon sizes for swatches.
