Missing Radial Gradient when importing svg archive

Bug Description
If you import a SVG file containing a Radial Gradient, the definition of the gradient is missed although you can find its mention properly referenced [ ie: fill="url(#a)" but there isn't any defined id="a" color ] as you see with the XML Editor.
I only checked this bug with the file I send attached.
I could checked in macosx version - Inkscape 0.91 r13725
And windows 7 - 0.91 version too.
I'm sorry if my explanation is not clearer, it is my first bug report.

I see it fine, both in F&S and in the XML dialog (.92.1)
