3D box is rendered at the wrong place upon opening file

If an SVG contains a 3D box (added using Inkscape's Shift+F4 tool), the 3D box is rendered at the wrong place upon opening the file.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Inkscape;
2. Press Shift+F4 for the 3D box tool;
3. Add a 3D box;
4. For easy visual reference, draw a rectangle using the F4 rectangle tool, right next to the 3D box;
5. Save the file;
6. Re-open the file;
7. The 3D box appears at the wrong place;

Note that the 3D box appears at the correct place once you select it, move it, and undo.
