selective text-to-path on export

When exporting to an alternate vector format, an option
to convert only "uncommon" fonts to path would produce
more flexible generated files and help reduce the size
of generated files.

What's "common" should be configurable.

From casual observation, a default set of "common" font
families would include Times, Helvetica/Arial and Courier.
