Inkscape .92 not loading imported Fonts

Bug Description

I wanted to use a font named Blackmoor and installed multiple versions of it trying to get it to work. All of my other programs recognized them but Inkscape is only showing 21 of the hundreds of fonts installed. I have repeated this with other downloaded fonts, both TTF and OTF.

System
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Inkscape 0.92

What does it say when you enter 'which inkscape' in the command line?

Btw. I can install and use it with Inkscape.
