Alpha 32 bit icon exporting

Want a possible in inkscape to export the entire work
as an 32 bit alpha xp icon wich work with win xp, in
inkscape.

The standard workflow for this is to "File|Export Bitmap..." to a png
image. This
should be 32-bit with alpha.

Then use standard tools to bring that into the target format. ImageMagick
and
The GIMP are two bitmap-oriented tools that are often used for this sort
of
work.
