Bug Description

The bar with all the colors at the bottom of the screen is obstructed by GNOME's scrolling bar.
See attachment. If I select a different color palette which doesn't have many colors (Fedora RGB, for example), the scrolling bar isn't shown, and the colors appear as they should.

Always reproducible.
I'll stay close if any outputs are needed.

Running Fedora Workstation 26. Inkscape from default repositories.

weird, this looks like the devel gtk3 version; can you tell what version this is? (in help→about)

I have the same issue on Fedora Workstation 25.
Checking "Wrap" in the palette menu fixed the problem.
