Bug Description
Inkscape could generate a pseudo bold and italic font
for those that don't have on in the .ttf. It should
warn the user that the font is 'fake' but it should
allow them to continue at their own peril. Trying to
use the offset tool to artificially bold a font is a)
difficult and b) stops it being 'text' anymore (so you
can't change what it says).

It should be default warn users that it fake (pseudo) bold, fake italic or fake bold italic is being used. At the same time offer the user the possibility to change the configuration/ settings regarding this.
In the configuration should be the following options with a radiobox:
Regarding fake bold, italic or bold italic:
a) never warn me and allow me to use it
b) always warn me and allow me to use it
c) always warn me (when it has been used) but don't allow me to use it on completely new text (copy-paste is not new text)
d) never warn me and don't allow me to use it
The default is b) for backwards compatibility.
