Bitmap export postprocessing

Post processing for bitmaps so that you can bump
brightness and contrast if exporting to a compressed
size (i.e. a small version of an icon which needs lines
to be more distinguishable).

Save export presets so that you can more easily export
(i.e. 16x16, 24x24, and 32x32 icons from one file
without all the hassle).

Batch rendering of SVG files so that a slew of icons
can be rendered in one fell swoop (prefix and suffix on
the current SVG file name).

at the moment batch processing can be doen using inkscape at
the command line but there is currently no graphical user
interface to make batch processing easier.
