feature requset for right-to-left

Hello and thank you for Inkscape!

I've just upgraded from 0.91 to 0.92.1
and
I've this right-to-left problem.
look at this first attach. the text in the canvas is wrong (words are misplaced, which is a very common problem of mixing right-to-left with left-to-right).

The fix is, I have to do this manually every time to make it look right:

Can't we have two additional buttons or a checkbox in "Text and Font" panel next to alignment buttons, for doing this automatically?
it will become very handy for us right-to-left users.

OK, never mind.

It seems to be a duplicate of #1658510 and #1653234.

I've tested trunk version r15739 win32 and the feature is implemented:
