Acorn Drawfile import

Inport of the Acorn Drawfile format. There is a *huge*
number of drawfiles made by schools etc in the UK. The
format information is freely available from many RISC
OS (was Acorn) sources.

Icing on the cake - export the format too!

I would like to see this

If anyone would like to do this I have a copy of the
complete Acorn Programmers Reference Manual. The section on
the DrawFile format is about 14 pages. Presumably it would
be OK for me to photocopy them and e-mail them - the books
thremselves are somewhat heavy!

is there a library for this?
sounds like a good little project some one might take on and
create a reusable library varius programs could benefit from.

Bumping priority a little since documentation for the format
actually exists unlike so many other requests for file
format support.
