Bug Description
Using inkscape on a macbook pro with dual external monitor.
Open inkscape on laptop screen.
Drag inkscape to external monitor.
Try to open document properties dialog box, press CTRL+SHIFT+D
The dialog box does not display.
Also I've run into issues when I open the document properties dialog box on the laptop screen, and then I drag the dialog to another monitor. What happens is the dialog disappears and there is no way to bring it back!
I would love to see inkscape work on multiple monitors with my macbook pro.

update: this happens with the dmg install (0.91), but not with the homebrew build (0.92).
I would like to see an official dmg for 0.92 to see if this is fixed.
