Revert to default settings

CorelDraw has a procedure for reverting to default
conditions. You start CD with F8 held down and you get
a message saying "do you want to revert to defaults."
Saying YES to this gets these defaults back. Given the
complexity of CD this is an option which is used quite
frequently by people to get them out of trouble.
Inkscape is getting more complex and it may be worth
having such a procedure even at this stage.

the gimp has a something like this in their preference that
allows you to do this, i expect inkscape will eventually
have a button somewhere in preferences for this too. .

as you probably already know manually deleting the inkscape
settings/preferences/config files/whatever should have the
same effect.
