Bug Description
I've Had a problem a few times were I acidently drag a
tool bar of screen and I cant get it back, so I propose
that a Reset Pannel/Toolbar Location function be added
to Inkscape under The View menu, To overcome this
problem without having to edit the Pref file

I also just ran into this. I can not reposition the toolbars to where they were and a reset would be helpful. I would have expected such a function in the view menu and I think it belongs there, since that is the place where toolbars can be enabled and disabled, too.
