Bug Description
It would be nice if there was public information
disclosing the minimum requirements for
building and using Inkscape. Something
along the lines of Linux's /Documentation/
file.
I'm going to just asume that trying to build Inkscape
is hopeless, and am not going to even try. But it
would be nice to know if that's true, short of
bothering to download and and try building it.

I just wanted to suggest this. Mental, you seem to be the
one adding dependencies most often, could you please compile
such a list? Would make sense to make it part of the Release
Notes.
