Inkscape crashes when importing image (png or jpeg)

Bug Description

Whenever importing a png or jpeg image inkscape crashes e return only: "Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now."

This happens when opening as well.

Inkscape is running on a Win7 64bits (inkscape is also 64bits).

Cannot reproduce with the latest version of Inkscape (0.92.4). Are you still experiencing this issue?

Closing because this cannot be reproduced and there has been no response for 30 days.

If you still have a similar issue, uninstall and make sure there are no leftover files, then install the latest version of Inkscape. If the issue still exists, please file a new bug at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox. Thank you!
