Bug Description
When I ctrl+click or shift+click on rounding handles of some rectangles, Inkscape often crashes,especially when trying this operation on elliptic-rounded rectangles which have never been changed since the file was opened.
Inkscape version is 0.92.1 r15371.
Windows 10 version is 1703(15063.447)
