Bug Description
When using Inkscape on a Windows 10 Machine and all working, the opening of FastStone Image Viewer causes problems.
If the program is left open Inkscape tends to freeze. Sometimes some tools and certain options will work but generally I experience an unworkable situation.
Closing FastStone Image Viewer resolves the issue and Inkscape returns to normal.
