Bug Description
Reproducable on 0.92
Steps to reproduce:
Open inkscape
Draw letterbox shaped rectangle
Use path tool to drag out matched rounded corners (ctrl click + drag)
Use select tool to increase the size of the rectangle
Using path tool, ctrl click rounded corner anchor point, inkscape crashes.
"Error: Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now."

- no DOS messages other than the popup window
- not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel 15739
