Bug Description

Hi Friends,
This is not a completely new feature request, but an improved feature of existing extension.

It seems the Scale Factor in Extensions menu > Visualize Path > Measure Path does not allow scale factors below 0.1. You can type in a lower number, but it defaults back to zero.

The use case is measuring Area in acres. There's not a unit of acre available, so the user has to make some calculations to use the Scale Factor, so that the resulting area value actually is acres.

Actually, I'm not sure if the problem is that it doesn't allow values smaller than 0.1, or that it doesn't allow for more than one decimal place. Because the only way to get a number less than 0.1 is to use at least 2 decimal places. If I use any higher number, such as 2.34567, it switches itself back to 2.3.

Curious that at least this extension does not respect Inkscape Preference > Input/Output > SVG Output > Numeric Precision setting. Mine is set for 8. (Maybe extensions are not supposed to respect that setting, for all I know. I'm just a simple user.)

This was found on Windows 7, 64-bit, Inkscape 0.92.1, 64-bit, exe installer,
and
Windows 10, other details not known.

Let me know if you need any supporting docs or other info.

Thank you very much :-)
