Bug Description
When selecting a node to move in the Node tool, and then clicking the node for dragging, it is (too) easy to miss it by a hair and click the line instead.
The tool then converts the straight line to a curve, but since we're very close to the node, the resulting curve calculations (seemingly) cause numerical problems (extremely large curves are generated, with spectacular fills) causing a crash in most cases.
Snapping seems to aggravate the problem.
