Bug Description

Inkscape segfaults when using "Object to path" on an embedded or linked raster image.

(Inkscape trunk r15717 64-bit on Windows 10)

Another regression of the infamous r15047 [1] which seems to have caused more issues than it solved?

- not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371, 32 bit build, using an embedded png file. Instead I get a status message at the bottom of the frame, saying "No Objects to convert to path in the selection"

- reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel 15697, using the same png file. backtrace is:
