Bug Description

Hi,

I am trying to convert the attached PDF to SVG using this command:

inkscape -z -f input.pdf -l output.svg

After executing for a while, the application gets killed and I see these system logs:

[ 3578.301798] Out of memory: Kill process 27266 (inkscape) score 732 or sacrifice child
[ 3578.301806] Killed process 27266 (inkscape) total-vm:3174032kB, anon-rss:2893840kB, file-rss:60kB

My system specs:

Mem: 3748 1013 2735 12 16 109
-/+ buffers/cache: 886 2861

confirmed on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371 (32 bit)

the memory consumption slowly rose to about 2 GB, at which point I got numerous messages saying:
** (inkscape.exe:11836): WARNING **: GC Warning: Failed to expand heap by 16777216 bytes

- not reproduced when I load the file into Inkscape using the gui.

Changed in inkscape:
