Arrow heads black on colored line

Bug Description

While drawing diagrams and flow charts, I often use colored lines. When I
add arrow heads to the lines, they remain black even though the line itself
takes the color I select.

The black arrow heads appeared in 0.45.1. I don't believe they were in
earlier versions of Inkscape.
