Bug Description

Platform: Windows (not tested on Linux)
Version: This can be reproduced on virtually every build from 0.44 to
todays daily dev. build.
Description:
It seems Inkscape is not calculating fill pattern placement correctly. It
is visible more or less on every zoom level, with virtually any object used
as pattern. However, it is best visible, if you import sqare bitmap
picture, scale it to desired level and convert to a pattern. Then use that
pattern to fill larger (larger then a fill itself) object. You should be
able to see white gaps as hair lines between each texture pattern, making
the fill look tiled. It is easy to find out such tiling is not caused by
bitmap itself, since gap hairline doesn not scale with zoom level properly,
it more or less remain hairline all the time. However, it tends to disapper
on max zoom setting achievable via mouse scroll. Also, it is visible on
printed output, so the screen is not the only output corrupted. I would
appreciate a lot if this can be somehow fixed ;)
