Object dialog scrolls by itself

Hi Friends,
I'm trying to investigate a file which is freezing on Ungroup, and never un-freezes. I haven't found the problem yet. But while trying to find it, the Object dialog started scrolling without any input from me. Just the position of the mouse controls it.

I haven't been able to make this happen in any other file. So it's probably not a serious concern. However, it's so curious, I thought it might be interesting to some developers.

The file is attached. Remember that there's something wrong with it.

I might be able to get certain info from the user, if you have any questions, and you ask them while they're still waiting for us to figure out what's wrong with Ungroup. But a week from now or a month, it might be hard to get more info.

For me Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit, Inkscape 0.92.1, 64-bit, exe installer.

PS - Oh good, opening another docked dialog stopped it.

Just another quick note. I had several items selected at the same time....approx 12.
