Bug Description

Version 45.1. on Mac (I think also Windows XP)

Setting a grid and wishing to move objects
in grid steps (i.e. by integer values of mm),
moving with the mouse happens ok in integer grid steps
but when using arrow keys moving happens by monitor pixel,
which is usually incommensurate to the grid spacing.

In "inkscape settings -> Steps" step width can only be adjusted in px.
If other units (esp. that choosen at grid width) would be eligable, grid steps and arrow keys steps could be synchronized.

Suggestion:
Set step width by default to grid width - and allow manual changes if necessary.
