Bug Description
A stroke (or fill) can be specified for an imported image, but it's not
being applied. Either
1) SVG doesn't allow for a stroked image, in which case the stroke widgets
should be disabled, or
2) SVG does allow for a stroke, in which case it should be applied as
specified.
I haven't look in the SVG specifications.
BTW, often I need a border around an image, wanting to apply a fill is much
less common.
