Inkscape displays paths black incorrectly and crashes on modification

I've managed to obtain an svg file that displays incorrectly and crashes on a specific modification
(File is attached)

-- Version affected:
Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371
Windows 7 x64

-- Behavior:
The black rectangle that can be seen after opening is actually a more complicated graphic
(refer to the xml browser)

The black part results from the paths link_0 - link_6.
Modifying them with the F2-Tool makes them work. (It replaces the A with a C)

Trying to drag the top-left text (inside the group) crashes Inkscape without any detailed error message.

Also ungrouping the group breaks some of the text formatting
(because the matrix will be applied to both the paths and the textPaths which reference one another)

-- How the file was obtained:
Copied from an html document (it displayed correctly in firefox)
and run through svgcleaner 0.8.1
