Development Build Cannot Display Blurred Objects

Hi Dear Inkscape Development Team:

I just revealed a bug of Inscape development building (Sep02 Build). I
created several objects filled with gradient color and then blurred these
objects using Inkscape 0.45.1. Check out the attached SVG file. When I
opened this file in 0.46+devel Sep02 version, Inkscape just showed an empty
canvas with no contents. Actually I can select those objects by Ctrl-A and
saw those selection boxes. But no actual drawing can be displayed. Both
Linux and Windows versions have this bug. Please look into it.

Niko, here two filters with x/y/width/height attrubs are applied to empty
groups. As a result, nothing is displayed in the file at all. Even if I
draw a rect without any filter it's invisible. Removing the
x/y/width/height or the empty groups fixes it. I attach a trimmed demo
file.

Fixed in r16102. There's some odd symptom left, though: the preview image
in Open File dialog box doesn't show the filter, just the underlying shape.
