Using SVN revision 15572 of Inkscape

I have just committed a quick fix for this. I don't know what should be
the behaviour when someone uses strokepaint or fillpaint with this filter,
so, by now at least it doesn't crash anymore.

StrokePaint and FillPaint are not supported in Inkscape yet.

For what it should do, well, it should draw an offscreen image filled with
stroke or fill paint and offset that. Likely not too useful an operation,
but with gradient or pattern fills, it could be of some use.
