pasting or importing objects messes up gradients

Bug Description

I believe this has been somewhat tackled and fixed in the past, but there
are a few ocasions when my gradinets are misrendered when I import or paste
complex graphics.

Attached are two files that demonstrate it. Open them both and observe how
in the video-display-copy.svg file the outline of the monitor is a gradient
goingt from lighter grey to a darger grey at the bottom. Also the blue fill
is another gradient going from dark blue on top to lighter blue at the
bottom. Now select all and paste to the video-display-paste.svg file.

Now notice the blue fill of the monitor appears to be a flat dakr blue and
the stroke is a flat light grey. They are still gradients, but the color is
flat.

Upon closer inspection it looks as the gradient is offset differently on
paste.

This is caused by ID clashes, so it's a duplicate of bug 165936. I've fixed this for importing (importing video-display-copy.svg into video-display-paste.svg no longer changes the gradients), but the problem remains for copying.
