Bug Description

I ran inkscape with no arguments on an i686 box, running garnome-svn
(2.19.4) and compiled with gcc-4.2.0.
I SIGSEGV immediately. A stacktrace is attached.

are you having this issue with an SVN version of inkscape?

This was with a now unsupported version of Inkscape. A newer version (0.46) is available. Given that as well as the lack of follow-up on this issue, this bug will be closed. If you continue to have the same problem with the newer version, please feel free to reopen the bug report.
