Flatten Beziers uncloses paths

Bug Description
The Flatten beziers function does not add the Z parameter at the end of the path resulting in unclosed paths. This is specially annoying when dealing with paths that have Stroke.

Reproduced on Windows XP (32-bit), with lp:inkscape/0.92.x rev. 15419.
Extensions>Modify Path>Flatten Beziers removed the final Z.
