add nodes drops last part of path

The Add Nodes effect, and maybe others, are dropping the last part of the
path (Ubuntu linux, inkscape200705282006.package).

To reproduce:

Draw a circle. Convert to a path. Add nodes. Three quarters of the
circle correctly end up with lots of nodes, the forth quarter disappears,
as the path is now open between the the two nodes that defined this
quarter.

I think I've seen a similar glitch in some other effects, suggesting a
change in a routine common to multiple effects? inkex.py or something?

Could you please try a newer package? I think I may have had a fix for
this in for quite some time now.
